Michael Chu - CEO and President
Mr. Chu has over 20 years of Silicon Valley high tech experience, and helped many local companies successfully launch hardware and software products in electronic industry such as computer peripheral, printer, copier product lines.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Chu held various management positions in product development, marketing and business development. Most recently, he was an effective cross border business development consultant in the hi-tech industry.
Prior to starting Triteck, Mr. Chu worked for Electronics For Imaging (EFI), Seiko Instruments USA (SIU), Activision, and Unisys in various management positions.
While in SIU, Mr. Chu led the
marketing and technical support efforts for die sub and thermal
color printers to GE, Siemens, Kodak, Boeing and the like. At EFI,
Mr. Chu led multiple product development efforts with its technology
partners in printer and copier technology industry, partners such as
Canon, Ricoh, Toshiba, and HP. Total product delivery responsibility under Mr. Chu was approximately $100M.
Mr. Chu was born in Taiwan, raised in Japan, and came to the US when he was seventeen. He is fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Mr. Chu has a BS in International Business with a minor in Computer Science from San Jose State University. When he is not traveling to and from Asia or within US, Mr. Chu volunteers his time at non-profit organizations that promotes global corporation in business and in improving people's quality of life.
Dean Malatesta - Director, Technical Marketing
Mr. Malatesta is responsible for Triteck's product marketing and new business development.
Dean Malatesta has over 30 years of experience in the computer industry. He has been part of computer pioneers, such as Control Data Corporation, Data General, printer manufacturers Versatec (now part of Xerox), Newgen, Seiko Instruments USA and ITEC, and color management software Praxisoft, LLC.
The common thread in Mr. Malatesta's career is offering total customer satisfaction in the high tech world. With wide scope of industry and technical knowledge, he has excelled in providing customers the technical solutions needed.
Whether he was assisting a customer create programs for supercomputer or most recently installing and training customers on the state of software to attain accurate color on print devices, customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
Mr. Malatesta is located in Triteck's Boston, MA office.
Ying Liu - Director, Corporate Marketing
Ms. Liu has the unique blend of Fortune 100 corporate experience and start-up businesses. Early on in her professional career, she had a wide range of experiences and responsibilities with IBM in financial cost and controls, business development, strategic planning and investment planning.
After IBM, Ms. Liu started her own marketing company and successfully built a career around B2C marketing methodologies. She is particularly effective in educating and motivating sales & marketing professionals to realize their full potentials. Prior to co-found Triteck, Ms. Liu was a partner in a cross border consulting firm.
Ms. Liu holds a BS in Economics and an MBA from the Keanan School of Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Shanghai, China, Ms. Liu now calls California her home. When not traveling cross the Pacific, Ms. Liu is always looking out for opportunities to volunteer at non-profit organizations that promote global harmony both socially and commercially.
